**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support at the front desk, ensuring smooth patient flow, and maintaining a positive patient experience. **Duties:** - Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries - Verify insurance information and collect co-pays - Maintain patient records accurately and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry - Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care efficiently **Experience:** - Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred - Knowledge of Eaglesoft or similar electronic health record systems is a plus - Familiarity with urgent care or ER environments is advantageous - Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Experience as a dental receptionist or in general office administration is beneficial This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare setting where you can contribute to providing quality patient care.
