• Sales Associates
• Cashiers
• Stock Team Members
• Online Order Fulfillment Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, efficient manner
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on costumes, accessories, and makeup
• Maintain awareness of store layout and product availability
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently (Cashiers)
• Stock and organize merchandise (Stock Team)
• Fulfill and package online orders promptly (Online Orders)
• Apply theatrical/special effects makeup for customers (Makeup Artists)
• Keep the store clean, organized, and customer-ready
• Work as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy retail environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak seasonal hours
• Makeup Artists: Experience in beauty, theatrical, or SFX makeup is a plus
• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
