Job Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented and highly motivated Outbound Scheduling Agents to join our team. This role is responsible for making outbound calls to schedule appointments with healthcare plan members while delivering a professional and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to schedule appointments
• Effectively engage members and guide conversations toward successful scheduling
• Handle objections and provide appropriate responses to support scheduling outcomes
• Accurately document interactions across multiple systems
• Manage and multitask across three different platforms simultaneously
• Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines
• Meet daily and weekly productivity targets

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) — required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently
• Previous call center or outbound calling experience preferred
• Preferred: Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer retention

Schedule & Compensation:

• Monday through Friday (weekends off)
• $11.00 per hour
