The Apprenticeship Program Manager oversees the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the apprenticeship and early career development programs. This role bridges the gap between subject matter experts (SMEs) and apprentices, ensuring that knowledge is transferred efficiently, consistently, and at scale. This role will build and maintain a new, repeatable learning system that reliably transforms high-potential individuals into skilled contributors.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Education: Associate degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience: At least five (5) years of experience in Project Management, Instructional Design, or Corporate Training, preferably in an industrial or warehouse environment. Familiarity with USDOL-registered apprenticeships preferred.

Travel: Up to 25% domestic and international travel.
