Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Custodian Service Maintenance Technician to join our team! Duties:

• You will plan and perform major equipment installation, maintenance, overhauls, and inspections of industrial mechanical systems including bulk cryogenic tanks, condensing units, pumps, motors, heat exchangers, heaters and regulator modules. This work requires some OT and has some on-call responsibilities.
• You are expected to conduct periodic inspections and maintenance of bulk cryogenic tanks and equipment and actively support the root cause analysis program for major failures
• You will maintain documentation of all maintenance activities in Field Centrix requiring some paperwork and computer work
• Additionally work independently to make technical decisions and escalate technical concerns when necessary to protect safety and equipment integrity
• Lastly, contribute to a disciplined, safety focused environment by executing work practices that reinforce compliance and operational excellence

Skills:

• You will bring a minimum of five years of experience maintaining mechanical systems in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Experience in installation, troubleshooting, inspection, and repairs of tanks, condensing units, pumps, motors, heat exchangers, heaters, and regulator modules are a plus.
• Apply preventive maintenance methods for industrial mechanical and electrical systems under 600v
• Skilled in pipe fitting and pipe joining using brazing and soldering techniques
• Demonstrate excellent communication and team interaction skills with the ability to work independently and effectively lead or participate in teams
• Show documentation and record keeping capabilities along with proficiency in computers, standard software packages, and the computerized maintenance management system

Salary:

Pay commensurate with experience. Open to salary range $$61,668.75 - $90,447.50.
