We are currently expanding and in search of a talented and driven Senior Sales Leader | Divisional Growth Specialist. This individual will help continue the success of our Promotional Products division while also serving as a Senior Sales Leader for our core printing products.
This is a unique and high-impact role for a sales expert who will be responsible for a dual-focused position aimed at enhancing our current commercial printing and promotional businesses. Printville is positioned for significant expansion, and this role will be the primary driver of its success in the promotional space following 15 years of building a strong foundation as a leader in the printing industry.
Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Sales Leader | Divisional Growth Specialist, your core focus will be on driving sales and building the division:
- Overall Company & Divisional Sales Growth: Aggressively drive new revenue and sales growth for the commercial print (signage, mailing, etc.) and the promotional products division. This includes establishing market presence, identifying key client opportunities, and generating significant, sustainable sales.
- Business Acumen & Financial Strategy: Utilize strong business acumen to craft and execute sales strategies, ensuring a clear understanding of the financial aspects of marketing and return on investment for client solutions.
- Results-Oriented Leadership: Function as a results-oriented leader who identifies sales challenges, resolves them aggressively, and ensures the division meets or exceeds all commercial targets.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Own the full sales and project lifecycle, managing multiple projects and priorities of key internal and external stakeholders to drive maximum impact in a fast-changing market.
- Data-Driven Sales Strategy: Employ exceptional analytical skills and strong proficiency in utilizing and interpreting sales data to create action plans and solutions that consistently drive results and optimize the sales funnel.
- Collaboration & Execution: Work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional manner with existing Business Development, Customer Service, Production, Estimating/Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure flawless order execution and client delivery.
- Communication & Influence: Leverage exceptional verbal and written communication skills to close complex deals, clearly articulate value propositions, and present sales performance/future strategy to influence senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of proven, results-driven experience in a sales role in the printing or promotional area.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Sales Management, or Equivalent
- Self-Starter & Leadership: A proven self-starter with a growth mindset and the demonstrated ability to lead and execute sales projects with little oversight.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational, planning, project management, and execution skills for managing a pipeline of clients and opportunities.
- Collaboration & Attitude: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a focus on team-building. Must be nimble, scrappy, and a leader in ambiguous situations, enjoying a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude even in challenging sales cycles.
- Strategic Mindset: Able to execute on today's sales challenges while maintaining a forward-thinking mindset around where the promotional division will be six months, a year, and several years from now.
- Track Record: Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities to drive impact.
