Secret Garden is a fast-growing, vertically integrated (Retail, Cultivation, and Manufacturing) cannabis company looking to hire a Budtender for our Cannabis Retail Store operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Job Title: Budtender

Salary: $15 - $17 an hour plus Tips

Key responsibilities include:

· Working in all aspects of Secret Garden’s Retail Cannabis Store

· Interacting with customers to help find the best product for them

· Following Secret Garden’s sales procedures

· Following Secret Garden’s compliance policies and procedures

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Knowledge about cannabis

· A positive, outgoing personality

· Strong communication skills

· Able to work a flexible schedule

· Ability to accurately count cash and give change

· High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Ability:

· Ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently

· Must be 21 years of age or older

Licenses:

· State of Alaska Marijuana Handler’s Permit

· Anchorage Municipality Food Handler’s Card
