The Role:

The Store Associate role is an opportunity for a conscientious individual with a passion for well-made, rare products and drive to be a significant contributor to a landmark niche retail business. Division Road has an old-world standard of retailing, defined by building relationships with clientele through delivering comprehensive product knowledge and personalizing services in physical and virtual venues.

The Associate will execute duties across many areas to facilitate the successful operation of both the brick-and-mortar environment and the business's e-commerce mechanisms. This position requires a dynamic person with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize. In one day, you must be able to process orders and fulfill shipments, receive and prep inventory, serve clients, merchandise, clean and maintain the showroom and workshop, and execute all duties to an exceptionally high standard.

We are looking for an efficient and focused professional with a background in retail sales and operations. This is an exciting opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to building a successful retail business with a strong brand identity in a niche marketplace.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Retail, E-Commerce, or Hospitality experience within a luxury environment
• Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university
• Working knowledge of e-commerce systems, all Microsoft Office programs, Adobe Creative Suites, and advanced computer skills
• Proficiency with Shopify is a plus
• Working knowledge in copywriting, photography, and/or video for creating original product and editorial content considered an asset

Duties:

• Deliver product knowledge and serve customers to Division Road standards
• Process in-store and online transactions
• Client Relations through phone, email, and social media
• Physical and E-Commerce retail management for net orders (from purchase to delivery to experience) to ensure customer satisfaction
• Order fulfillment and shipping
• Receiving inventory, measuring garments, product uploading
• Inventory management
• Maintaining showroom and appointment experience
• Maintaining headquarters showroom, workshop, studio
• Other duties as assigned
