Our full-service workshop offers custom design, heirloom revitalization, repairs, appraisals, maintenance, restoration, and rebuilds. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, pressure-free environment where customers can confidently find the perfect piece.

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, guiding clients through meaningful purchases, and delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience.

You will manage the full sales process—from greeting customers to final sale—while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Build genuine, long-term relationships with customers through personalized service
• Identify customer needs and provide thoughtful product recommendations
• Educate clients on jewelry styles, materials, and design details
• Support customers through the full purchasing journey
• Maintain and update customer information using company systems
• Assist with jewelry cleaning, inspection, and repair consultations
• Process sales transactions accurately and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Support opening/closing procedures, including securing merchandise and display setup
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
• Participate in community engagement and store events

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or high-end sales preferred
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals

Compensation & Benefits

• $20–$25/hour (based on experience) + annual performance bonuses
