Schulz & Sons Jewelers is seeking an educated and experienced Business Office Specialist

We are a well established jewelry store in the Cincinnati market since 1953, with a highly educated staff and representation in industry leading organizations. With our established client base, unique full service in all jewelry departments, custom design ability, and marketing tools, such as a new E-Commerce website, a growing Facebook following, and partnerships with unique vendors, have created continued sales growth in the company.

We are looking for a skilled business and sales specialist who can make an immediate impact in our organization, displaying a positive culture, while engaging throughout the day with our staff for efficient organization. Effectively executing goals with the ability to multitask and prioritize, based on customer needs are essential to our success. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including calendar management and phone etiquette.
• Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring data entry and clerical tasks are completed efficiently.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks, including bookkeeping and project coordination.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to enhance organizational efficiency.

Requirements:

- Experience in managing the company’s business channels.

- Supporting vendor invoices and payables.

- Developing best practices of an organization for the owner in day to day customer requests.

- Developing effective organizational procedures, and collaborating as a teammate to make an efficient team for customer satisfaction.

- Must be friendly, reliable, hard-working and eager to adapt to multi-tasking.

- Strong organizational skills and exceptional ability to multitask

- High School Diploma or higher

- Must have reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
