Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, sell service offerings, and oversee shop operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. This role focuses on driving sales growth, managing staff schedules, training, and performance management, without requiring vehicle repair or mechanical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Sell service offerings to customers, promoting value and building long-term relationships.
• Manage shop operations including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
• Experience in scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
