Apple Honda is seeking an experienced Honda New Vehicle Sales Manager to join our leadership team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven automotive sales leader who understands the Honda brand and is ready to lead one of Maryland's premier Honda dealerships.

Our dealership consistently retails 130-170 new Hondas each month and 70-100 Pre Owned vehicles per month, is backed by a strong advertising budget, maintains a large inventory, and enjoys an established customer base throughout Central Maryland. We are looking for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a passion for developing people while driving exceptional results.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coach a team of approximately 20 Sales Consultants.
• Drive new vehicle sales volume, gross profit, and market share.
• Desk deals and structure transactions for maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Submit and negotiate finance approvals with lending institutions.
• Oversee all internet sales activity and lead management through Elead CRM.
• Manage new vehicle inventory, merchandising, pricing strategy, and aging units.
• Monitor daily sales performance, appointment activity, and closing ratios.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor top-performing sales professionals.
• Partner with the Finance Department to ensure efficient deal flow.
• Maintain Honda sales process standards and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to continually improve departmental performance.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 2 years of Automotive Sales Management experience
• Previous Honda dealership management experience is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success managing a high-volume new vehicle sales department
• Strong desking and deal-structuring abilities
• Experience working directly with lenders and submitting finance approvals
• Experience managing internet sales operations and CRM activity
• Knowledge of CDK DMS and Elead CRM preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation
