Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with property managers, plumbers, insurance agents, and commercial accounts
• Generate new water mitigation and reconstruction leads
• Manage pipeline activity to meet monthly revenue targets
• Conduct in-person visits, networking events, and industry meetings
• Coordinate with estimators and project managers for seamless job handoffs
• Follow up on opportunities and close revenue efficiently
• Maintain CRM documentation and reporting
• Represent Valley Restoration professionally in the field

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years outside sales experience
• Proven track record of lead generation and closing new business
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with in-person outreach and networking
• Self-motivated and performance-driven
• Strong follow-up and pipeline management discipline
• Valid driver’s license
