We are currently seeking a Senior Litigation Associate to join our team.

The Role

The Senior Litigation Associate will handle a dynamic caseload with a focus on product liability and transportation-related defense litigation. This position offers substantial responsibility and courtroom exposure, including:

• Taking and defending depositions
• Drafting and arguing dispositive motions in state and federal courts
• Managing case strategy and day-to-day litigation activity
• Collaborating directly with partners and clients on complex matters

Qualifications

• Three to five or more years of defense litigation experience
• Licensed to practice in Missouri (Illinois licensure preferred)
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in product liability and transportation litigation
• Exceptional analytical and legal writing skills
• Experience with depositions and dispositive motion practice in state and federal courts

Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
