The Role: More Than Just "Management"
We are running a confidential search for a leader of Marketing for our software startup. We are building something significant. We need a builder and a leader who takes absolute ownership, shows up every day, and thrives in the leading and the "doing." You need to be a marketing generalist, comfortable with strategizing, planning, creating, and executing marketing content across multiple channels.
We aren’t hiring a figurehead to manage a team. In this position, you will own the entire function. In our startup environment, that means you are a player-coach: you define the vision, and then you execute the campaigns to bring that vision to life.
You will wear multiple hats simultaneously—strategist, copywriter, designer, analyst, and project manager. You must be comfortable pivoting from a high-level board room discussion to pixel-pushing a slide deck or writing a high-converting email blast in the same afternoon.
