LEARN, Southeastern Connecticut's Regional Educational Service Center, is seeking passionate, collaborative, and student-centered Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement comprehensive student programming.
• Partner with families and caregivers to support meaningful outcomes across school, home, and community environments.
• Lead the development of compassionate, proactive behavior support systems that promote student success.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Conduct functional and skills-based assessments to identify student strengths and areas of need.
• Train and coach staff to confidently implement individualized behavior support strategies.
• Monitor student progress through ongoing data collection, analysis, and collaborative review meetings to drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification and Connecticut Behavior Analyst license must be in good standing (or license-eligible)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience working with children or adolescents in school or educational settings.
• Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
• Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Pay: $82,001.00 - $118,000.00 per year
