Position Overview & Description
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex litigation support and eDiscovery matters from project initiation through final production while serving as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will work directly with attorneys, corporate legal departments, and internal teams to develop project strategies, manage timelines, oversee deliverables, and ensure every project is completed accurately and on time.
This is a client-facing role that requires someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, communicating proactively, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to work on sophisticated litigation matters while building long-term client relationships. You will also mentor Project Managers and Project Coordinators, helping elevate the team through knowledge sharing and leadership.

Experience, Qualifications, Requirements
· 5+ years of experience in litigation support, eDiscovery, or legal/technical project management.
· Manage multiple eDiscovery and litigation support projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for attorneys and corporate legal teams throughout the lifecycle of each matter.
· Develop project workflows, timelines, task plans, and strategic recommendations based on client objectives, risks, matter needs, and deadlines.
· Coordinate data intake, processing, document review, productions, quality control, and final deliverables.
· Maintain strong client communication through timely updates, clear next steps, and proactive follow-up. Clients should know what is happening, what is needed, and expectations for next steps.
· Build lasting client relationships through responsiveness, accountability, transparency, and exceptional service.
· Collaborate with forensic consultants, account representatives, review teams, and operations staff to ensure seamless project execution.
· Identify project risks early and proactively develop solutions to keep matters on schedule.
· Maintain regular communication with clients through phone calls, email, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings when appropriate.
· Mentor junior Project Managers and Project Coordinators while contributing to process improvements and operational best practices.
· Maintain a thorough understanding of Complete Legal's services and technologies to provide strategic guidance and recommend solutions.
· Strong working knowledge of Relativity and RelativityOne is essential; baseline knowledge in other leading eDiscovery platforms is a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to legal professionals.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities and changing deadlines.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
