Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and construction projects from inception to completion. Duties

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 and other project management software to coordinate all phases of construction activities.
• Manage project budgets through detailed cost estimation, tracking, and control using HeavyBid and other construction estimating tools.
• Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and regulatory compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project progression.
• Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance, quality assurance, and adherence to environmental regulations.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite for project documentation, reporting, and collaboration.
• Lead project teams by managing resources effectively, assigning tasks clearly, and fostering a collaborative team environment focused on safety and excellence.
• Ensure all projects meet contractual obligations by managing contracts, change orders, and scope adjustments efficiently.
• Conduct regular site visits for progress inspections, schematic reviews, and troubleshooting potential issues proactively.

Experience

• Proven track record managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a minimum of five years in a senior project management role.
• Extensive experience with construction scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project; familiarity with Schematics is advantageous.
• Strong background in construction estimating, cost management, and budget control using HeavyBid or similar software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams on-site while maintaining high safety standards.
• Deep understanding of construction regulations, permits, contracts, blueprints reading (including schematics), and regulatory compliance procedures.
• Hands-on experience with civil design software like Civil 3D is preferred; familiarity with construction site safety protocols is essential.
• Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination among stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict time management discipline.

Pay: $77,145.12 - $92,905.95 per year
