The Law Group, APLC is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Recruitment to lead our talent acquisition efforts. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top legal and support professionals who align with our firm's values and goals. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand workforce needs, oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, and enhance our employer brand in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in legal recruitment, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams in a fast-paced legal environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the firm’s staffing needs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure high standards and efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with law schools, legal organizations, and other talent sources.
• Oversee candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to continually optimize processes and outcomes.
• Enhance the firm’s employer brand through targeted marketing and outreach initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

• MUST HAVE/REQUIRED Proven experience in LEGAL recruitment, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the legal industry and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with business goals.
• Experience managing and mentoring a recruitment team.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.

Pay: $165,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
