Senior Concrete Project Manager

Premier Concrete Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Concrete Project Manager to oversee commercial concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with extensive contractor-side concrete experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial concrete construction projects simultaneously.
• Oversee all phases of projects from contract award through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate field operations with superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Negotiate and procure subcontract agreements and material purchases.
• Monitor project costs and prepare monthly financial reporting.
• Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions.
• Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
• Mentor junior project managers and project engineers as needed.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that support repeat business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial concrete construction project management experience.
• Required: Contractor-side experience managing structural concrete, foundations, cast-in-place concrete, and site concrete projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
• Experience with change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction management software is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites throughout the New York/New Jersey area.

• Competitive salary of $140,000–$170,000, based on experience.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
