Cool Bings LLC is proud to operate the highest-volume combined SOMISOMI + Sul & Beans store in the entire franchise, located in Granada Hills! This 3,400 sq ft destination brings together two of the most beloved Korean dessert brands under one roof:

• SOMISOMI – Famous for crispy-chewy Ah-Boong (fish-shaped waffle cones filled with premium soft-serve in black sesame, matcha, ube & more) — Opened June 5th
• Sul & Beans – Iconic Korean bingsoo (shaved snow ice) made with fresh red bean, strawberries, injeolmi, plus warm injeolmi toast — Opened July 3rd

We are looking for an experienced, high-energy Store Manager to lead and optimize this high-volume, fast-paced operation. This is a true hands-on leadership role for a passionate leader who thrives in a demanding, high-output environment and loves Korean desserts.

As Store Manager you will be the Owner’s right-hand and primary executor of all daily operations. You will own hiring, training, team leadership, inventory, guest experience, and financial performance for both brands sharing the same space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and lead a team of 15–25 crew members to flawless execution of both SOMISOMI and Sul & Beans brand standards
• Drive daily sales, tightly control labor & food costs, and execute corporate inventory/purchasing programs
• Lead by example on the floor during peak hours — making Ah-Boong, assembling bingsoo, running register, busing tables
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness, food safety (ServSafe standards), and brand presentation across the entire store
• Deliver legendary customer service and personally resolve guest concerns
• Create a positive, high-energy culture with regular training, recognition, and performance feedback
• Report key metrics daily and partner with the Owner to hit or exceed sales, labor, and profitability goals
• Work a demanding schedule (50–60+ hours per week average) including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support this high-volume location

Qualifications (3–5+ years preferred):

• 3+ years restaurant management experience in QSR, fast-casual, or high-volume dessert/coffee environments (multi-brand or high-volume experience a huge plus)
• Proven success hiring, training, and retaining strong teams in fast-paced, high-pressure settings
• Strong financial acumen — comfortable managing labor scheduling, food cost, waste, and basic P&L
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work extremely flexible and demanding hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand/walk 8–10+ hours, lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid CA Food Handler Manager Card (or ability to obtain immediately)
• Passion for Korean desserts and genuine excitement about this combined concept
• Bilingual English/Korean highly preferred (large Korean-American community in Granada Hills)
