We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling
• Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing offerings to keep the menu fresh and exciting
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales while providing excellent customer service
• Assist with food service when needed, including serving dishes at the bar or in dining areas during busy periods

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or server in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining or catering experience
• Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry and cash handling
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management skills
• Knowledge of beverage recipe development, wine varieties, craft beer types, and cocktail mixing techniques
• Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for cash transactions and retail math calculations
• Experience in bar management or banquet service is a plus but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
