We are looking for full time and on-call colleagues to join our team!

Our Food and Beverage support staff will assist in all F&B outlets of the resort and is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast paced position with continual customer contact. The position will also be trained as a Server Assistant and Host to fill in as needed.

Wage: The hourly rate for this opportunity is $16.90. With Gratuity and a generous service charge within our all inclusive resort, this position has the potential to make $25 to $35 per hour. This is the pay rate for this position at Ventana Big Sur, and Alila Resort reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factor including experience, and training levels.

Shift Times: AM and PM shift are available from 6:30 am to 2:30pm and 3:30pm to 11:30pm.
