Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and providing excellent hospitality to all patrons.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with customers to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their drink selections.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service for food orders.
• Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or private parties, ensuring all beverage needs are met.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; experience in the food industry is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and health regulations.
• Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining quality service.
• A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to engage effectively with guests.
• Experience in hospitality or banquet settings is a plus, enhancing the overall guest experience.
