As a Napoletana FOH team member, you’ll be the face of our vibrant pizzeria, ensuring every guest feels at home while enjoying authentic, delicious pizza.

Whether you're just starting out or have some experience under your belt, we welcome energetic individuals eager to share their love for great food and good vibes.

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role in hospitality or food service is a plus but not mandatory—enthusiasm counts most!
• Strong communication skills to connect with guests and team members alike.
• Ability to stay upbeat and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine or pizza-making basics is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is key!
• A positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
