We're looking for a proactive professional who can keep projects organized, manage details efficiently, and help ensure events run smoothly from planning through execution.
Position Type: Seasonal / Temporary
Schedule: Full-Time, Including Some Event-Related Hours as Needed

What You'll Do
- Provide administrative support to management and event leadership teams
- Perform data entry, record management, and database updates
- Assist with event planning, coordination, and logistics
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, schedules, and event documents
- Track registrations, vendor information, and event-related details
- Coordinate communication with vendors, staff, and event participants
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site support as needed
- Manage calendars, appointments, and administrative projects
- Maintain organized files and accurate records
- Support day-to-day office operations and special projects
What We're Looking For
- Previous administrative, executive assistant, office support, or event coordination experience preferred
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Willingness to assist with both office and event-related responsibilities
