We are seeking an attorney with at least 5+ years of experience in civil litigation.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of several years handling complex civil cases across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms to gather relevant case law and statutory information efficiently.
• Excellent legal writing skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive pleadings and memoranda.
• Experience in legal drafting for various documents such as motions, discovery requests, contracts or settlement agreements.
• Familiarity with legal administrative processes including case management systems and court procedures.
• Exceptional negotiation skills to advocate effectively on behalf of clients in settlement discussions or mediations.
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.

Pay: $98,711.23 - $118,878.05 per year
