JOB OFFER – SHIFT LEADER / SERVER / BARISTA

FL Cafe Restaurant located in South Beach, Miami Beach, is looking for an experienced Shift Leader, skilled in both service and barista duties, to join our dynamic team in a restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Main Responsibilities

Handle opening and/or closing shifts.
Lead, guide, and support the team during service.
Deliver fast, professional, and friendly customer service.
Prepare coffee, beverages, and barista-style drinks according to our standards.
Take customer orders and ensure excellent follow-up at the table.
Prioritize tasks during rush hours and maintain strong team communication.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality procedures.
Assist in training new team members.

Required Profile

Proven experience as a server and/or barista, 5 years minimum experience.
Strong leadership skills and ability to make quick decisions.
Excellent customer service and positive attitude.
Reliable, punctual, and well-organized.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
English required — French or Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Solid experience in hospitality or food service.
Previous shift leader or supervisory experience is highly appreciated.
Hospitality-related certifications are a plus.

Availability

Morning, afternoon, and/or evening shifts.
Flexibility required.
