The Warehouse Specialist oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role ensures materials flow efficiently between departments, maintains accurate inventory, and supports a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage inventory counts and material locations across both manufacturing facilities
• Ensure accurate purchase order receipts for all incoming products
• Supervise warehouse shipping and receiving activities
• Oversee truck and midsize shipment processes and coordinate vendor pickups
• Pick products and generate packing lists for customer parts orders
• Stage completed parts between operations to support production flow
• Complete warehouse issue and pick transactions
• Assist with inventory reconciliation, work order closing, and cycle counts
• Prepare, document, load, and unload the plant transfer truck
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse always

Core Competencies

• Strong communication, organizational, time-management, and basic math skills
• Dependable and reliable work ethic
• Ability to life 50 lbs or more throughout the day
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and standard inventory practices

Qualifications & Education requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Knowledge of inventory processes, equipment operation, data entry, and basic computer skills
• Forklift operator experience required
• Requires walking, sitting or standing for extended periods of time
