Eco Home Builders is hiring a highly experienced remodeling sales professional who can design, estimate, sell, and oversee residential construction projects.

This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for a proven closer who understands construction, can build accurate scopes and estimates, and confidently guide homeowners from the first appointment through the completion of their project.

You will receive approximately two qualified appointments per day, including in-home consultations and meetings at our design showroom.

Responsibilities

• Run approximately two qualified remodeling leads per day
• Conduct in-home and showroom consultations
• Understand the client’s vision, needs, budget, and timeline
• Develop design ideas and recommend materials and finishes
• Measure projects and create detailed scopes of work
• Prepare and present estimates quickly—ideally during or immediately after the appointment
• Confidently ask for the sale and close qualified clients during the first meeting when appropriate
• Follow up consistently on open proposals
• Coordinate with designers, architects, project managers, and production staff
• Oversee sold projects and maintain strong client communication
• Keep all leads, estimates, notes, follow-ups, and project information updated in Buildertrend
• Generate referrals, reviews, and additional project opportunities

Project Experience Required

Interior remodeling:

• Kitchen remodeling
• Bathroom remodeling
• Full-home remodeling
• Room additions and ADUs
• Flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and finish selections

Exterior remodeling:

• Stucco
• Decks and railings
• Pavers and hardscaping
• Patios and outdoor living
• Exterior finishes and complete backyard renovations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential remodeling or design-build sales experience
• Strong construction estimating and job-costing knowledge
• Proven history of closing high-value remodeling projects
• Interior or architectural design background
• Experience managing projects after the sale
• Proficiency with Buildertrend
• Ability to prepare professional scopes, proposals, and estimates
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Comfortable meeting clients in their homes and at our showroom
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $100,224.03 - $500,000.00 per year
