Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Site Manager to lead daily on-site commercial construction operations for mission critical and data centers. You will manage schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and enforce safety standards to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Ideal candidates have commercial construction experience-preferably with data centers, 5+ years of supervisory experience, and a proven track record in construction.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day on-site construction operations.

· Manage and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews.

· Completes project on time, within budget, and efficiently

· Enforce OSHA safety compliance and site protocols.

· Track project milestones, manage daily reports, and resolve on-site issues.

· Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications.

Requirements

· 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager, Superintendent, or similar role with mission critical.

· Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and various trades, building codes, and safety regulations.

· Proficiency with commercial construction scheduling and management software.

· Excellent leadership and conflict-resolution skills.

· Can handle a quick pace, high change, rapid environment where you will be challenged to pivot when necessary and capable of bouncing from one key item to the next - you thrive under deadlines and pressure

· Communicates quickly and factually, understanding the importance of being polite and courteous (to both our client and the team), while able to deliver a no-nonsense approach

· OSHA certification (30-Hour minimum) preferred.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
