Position Summary

CGS is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across our field and corporate teams. This role is critical to supporting our growing fleet operations and requires someone with hands-on experience recruiting for skilled trades and technical positions.

As a startup, CGS needs a capable, adaptable team member comfortable handling a variety of HR, administrative, and logistics responsibilities beyond core recruiting duties. This role works alongside our existing HR, operations, and admin team.

Recruiting Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer for open positions
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for field-based roles across multiple job sites
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and skilled trade positions
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using social media, job boards, and other sourcing tools to identify top candidates
• Conduct cold calling and outreach to engage passive candidates and expand talent pipelines
• Manage job postings and applicants
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on candidate selection
• Coordinate interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding handoff
• Attend job fairs and industry events to build talent networks
• Manage high-volume recruiting needs efficiently while maintaining candidate experience and quality standards
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with employment and labor law regulations
• Maintain strong candidate and hiring manager communication throughout the process

Additional HR & Administrative Support

• Assist with new hire orientation, coordinating training, and payroll
• Assist with scheduling interviews and other hiring-related meetings
• Assist with HR policy and benefits administration
• Assist with general scheduling, logistics, and document processing
• Support the broader team with additional tasks as needed
• Other projects as assigned

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with prior experience specifically in industrial, technical, or field trades recruiting
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills, including research skills for market analysis
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage candidate expectations effectively
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR/talent management software
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions across various roles simultaneously, including high-volume recruiting demands
• Working knowledge of employment and labor law as it relates to hiring practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
• Comfortable working on-site in Comanche, TX with occasional travel to job sites and events
• Experience in HR, business, or related industries a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
