Job Title: Software Engineer (Entry to Mid-Level)

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, fast, and highly intelligent Software Engineer to join our high-performing digital team. Whether you're a recent grad or have a few years under your belt, you’ll play a critical role in building, maintaining, and optimizing the digital infrastructure behind our sales funnels, websites, automations, and customer journeys.

This is a hybrid role, with part of your week in our Powell, OH office. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, results-driven environment where your ideas matter and your execution makes a direct impact.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain high-converting sales funnels, landing pages, and microsites
• Troubleshoot, debug, and fix broken code, integrations, or UI/UX issues quickly
• Implement automations (email, CRM, lead flows, etc.) using tools like Zapier, Make, or custom code
• Optimize site speed, functionality, and responsive design
• Collaborate closely with marketers, designers, and content creators to bring ideas to life
• Manage custom scripts, webhooks, and back-end workflows
• Work in modern frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js, or similar) and CMS platforms (Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, etc.)

Who You Are

• 1–5 years of coding experience (can include internships or strong portfolio projects)
• Comfortable writing clean, scalable HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and/or relevant frameworks)
• Familiar with tools like Git, Node.js, REST APIs, Firebase, etc.
• Ability to move fast without breaking things—but fix them when they do
• Strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of intellectual agility
• Passionate about conversion optimization, automation, and digital performance
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and desire to grow fast

Nice to Haves

• Experience with marketing tech (e.g., Klaviyo, Stripe, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel)
• Familiarity with Shopify development or eCommerce platforms
• Knowledge of SEO, CRO, or UX best practices
