Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project tasks, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Conduct business process modeling and analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Provide program management oversight to ensure alignment of multiple projects and initiatives.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.
- Utilize project management tools such as Trello and SharePoint to track progress and communicate with team members.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Kaizen.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project consultants.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management).
- Proven experience in Oracle ERP project implementation and management.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling techniques and methodologies.
- Proficiency in program management principles and practices.

- Experience working on Oracle cloud transformation programs
- Experience working with Workday or similar HRIS systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to effectively allocate resources.
- Exceptional meeting facilitation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Trello and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
