D-A Packaging (formerly Crystal Packaging) is expanding its industrial, commercial, and institutional (ICI) chemical manufacturing platform in Denver and is seeking a National Account Manager - East to help accelerate that growth. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of large, multi-location customer relationships, shape private-label and custom chemical programs, and work directly with an in-house manufacturing operation that blends, packages, and ships products from its Denver facility. The ideal candidate will reside in the Eastern or Central United States.

You will serve as the primary commercial contact for key accounts, partnering closely with customers, internal teams, and field sales to build scalable, profitable programs across D-A Packaging’s ICI cleaning and maintenance chemical portfolio. If you have experience selling or managing industrial cleaners, degreasers, sanitation chemicals, or specialty formulations—and want greater influence over product strategy, manufacturing decisions, and customer outcomes—this role provides that platform.

Responsibilities:

• Grow strategic and national accounts purchasing ICI cleaning and maintenance chemical products manufactured in Denver.
• Build relationships at customer headquarters and key buying locations while coordinating execution across regional and field sales teams.
• Identify and lead private-label, reformulation, and packaging opportunities, working directly with operations and product development.
• Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies, pricing programs, and promotions.
• Translate customer needs into actionable manufacturing, blending, packaging, and logistics plans.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure product quality, reliable supply, and high service levels.
• Track market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback within the industrial and commercial cleaning chemical market.
• Manage forecasts, pipelines, and performance against sales and margin objectives.
• Represent D-A Packaging at industry trade shows and customer meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in ICI cleaning chemicals, specialty chemicals, or chemical manufacturing
• Background with a chemical manufacturer strongly preferred (not just distribution)
• Proven success managing large, multi-location or national customer accounts
• Experience with private-label or custom chemical programs is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of formulation-driven products, packaging formats, and manufacturing realities
• Confident communicator and negotiator with strong relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, technical, and commercial teams
• Willingness to travel 50%+ to support customers and sales teams
