Allegro School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with educators, therapists, families, and support staff to develop meaningful behavioral programming that helps individuals achieve their fullest potential.
Position Summary
The BCBA is responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans, supervising behavior technicians and staff, providing parent and staff training, and ensuring the implementation of evidence-based practices across educational and community settings.
The caseload is two or three classrooms, we use positive programming and Safety Care for crisis intervention.
Primary Responsibilities
· Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral evaluations.
· Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
· Utilize Behavioral Skills Training (BST) to ensure fidelity in implementing behavioral interventions.
· Collaborate with teachers, therapists, direct support professionals, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success and meaningful inclusion.
· Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Technicians, and other staff through direct observation, coaching, and performance feedback.
· Develop individualized ABA programming for school, home, and community environments.
· Train parents and caregivers to promote skill generalization beyond direct therapy sessions.
· Analyze behavioral data and make evidence-based programming decisions.
· Present professional development and training on behavior management and Applied Behavior Analysis.
· Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational requirements.
· Stay current with research and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.
· Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, IEP meetings, and treatment planning as appropriate.
Qualifications
· Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
· Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
· Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Behavior Intervention Plans.
· Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and/or Registered Behavior Technicians.
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
· Experience working with children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder is preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
