Customer Success Manager - Sales (Maine)

As a central point of contact, you will support new deployments, identify opportunities for expansion, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required Skills:

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Basic understanding of marketing strategies, CRM operations, and promotional planning
• High level of motivation, enthusiasm, and a collaborative spirit

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of the gaming industry, including industry KPIs and targets
• Experience with content management and marketing automation tools
• Additional certifications in marketing, project management, or related fields

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate degree or higher preferred
• Experience working in marketing, sales support, or customer success roles, especially within the gaming or entertainment industry

• Ability to travel within Maine as needed
