We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our team and oversee the successful execution of complex electrical projects from conception to completion.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive with 7+ years of experience to manage and oversee electrical projects within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of electrical systems, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Additionally, there is a significant opportunity to earn a total compensation package exceeding $200,000, based on performance and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and safety.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, and manage resources to meet project goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Review and approve electrical design plans, specifications, and work proposals.
• Oversee project execution, managing timelines, quality control, and any issues that arise.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and present project status reports, cost tracking, and performance metrics to senior management and clients.
• Ensure adherence to all local electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Mentor and support assistant account executives.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in electrical project management, with a proven track record in small or large-scale projects.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, design, and installation.
• Strong proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Accubid, MS Office).
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
• Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively.
