The Role at a Glance
This is a hands on, high impact role at the reporting core of our People Analytics and Reporting function. As Sr. Analyst, HR Reporting and Analytics, you will design, develop, and deliver HR reporting solutions that give leaders and managers the workforce insights they need to make better, faster decisions.
From day one, you will take ownership of a high visibility, multi year strategic initiative as the primary driver of our migration to SuccessFactors Report Stories. This work will play a key role in modernizing how reporting is built, delivered, and used across the organization. In addition to leading the migration, you will manage a steady cadence of operational reports, drive new report development, rationalize and consolidate legacy reporting, and conduct SAP release testing and impact analysis to help keep our environment stable, current, and scalable.
This role offers a unique opportunity to directly shape how HR leaders and business managers access and use workforce data. It also provides meaningful runway for growth. As the reporting function matures and becomes more streamlined, there will be increasing opportunity to expand into broader analytics work across the People Analytics team.
If you thrive on turning complex data into clean, reliable, and scalable solutions, and you are energized by continuous improvement and using technology, including AI, to work smarter, this role offers both immediate impact and long term growth potential.
What you'll be doing
Lead end-to-end design and delivery of new HRIS reporting and dashboard solutions, from intake and requirements through testing, implementation, and production support, while owning a steady cadence of operational reports

Identify opportunities to retire, consolidate, and streamline legacy reports, and develop and maintain query structures, SQL statements, and data models in alignment with data governance standards
Translate complex or ambiguous business questions into clear reporting requirements and sustainable solutions, partnering with HR COEs and business leaders to deliver meaningful metrics, dashboards, and analytical insights
Serve as a hands-on resource for HRIS reporting tools, onboarding new users, resolving issues, and building reporting capability across the organization
Actively leverage AI tools to automate, accelerate, and elevate the quality of reporting work across the function
Maintain clear process documentation and deliver training and guidance to support effective user adoption of reporting tools and solutions
