Position Summary
The Sr. Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst serves as a key liaison between clinical field operations and technical analytics teams, supporting both franchised and corporate clinic environments. This role is responsible for translating operational needs into actionable data insights, managing analytics-related projects, and triaging incoming requests through a structured ticketing process. The Sr. Analyst ensures timely delivery of reporting, dashboards, and analyses that inform operational and strategic decision-making.
The Sr. Analyst operates with a high degree of autonomy, owning projects end to end and representing BI directly to senior stakeholders.
Essential Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards for clinical and operational stakeholders
- Analyze clinic performance metrics (e.g., patient volume, revenue, throughput, staffing efficiency)
- Provide tailored and actionable insights to improve operational performance across franchised and corporate clinics
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems
- Own dashboard architecture and standards across the reporting portfolio, not only individual builds
- Contribute to Gold-layer/data-model requirements rather than only consuming existing tables
- Independently defend metric definitions and calculations to stakeholders
Stakeholder Communication & Translation
- Act as a communication bridge between clinical field operators and technical analytics teams
- Gather and document business requirements from non-technical stakeholders
- Translate operational needs into clear technical specifications for BI developers/data engineers
- Present findings and insights in a clear and easy-to-follow data and impact “story”
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions independently, including negotiating scope and tradeoffs with stakeholders
- Present findings to director- and VP-level audiences in addition to clinic operations
Project Management
- Manage multiple BI-related projects simultaneously, from intake through delivery
- Define scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Track progress and ensure alignment with business priorities
- Identify risks and escalate issues as needed
- Own projects end-to-end from intake to delivery without day-to-day oversight
- Mentor junior analysts as the team scales
Ticketing & Request Management
- Monitor and triage incoming analytics requests via ticketing systems
- Prioritize requests based on urgency and business impact
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain documentation and status updates for all active requests
- Set triage and prioritization policy for the request pipeline, not only execute it

Education & Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related field
- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and row-level security
- Advanced SQL skills against a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake preferred), including window functions and CTEs
- Experience working with ticketing systems, Monday.com and Azure DevOps
- Healthcare or revenue-cycle (RCM) domain experience strongly preferred
