If you take pride in making things run smoothly and find fulfillment in the work that makes great productions possible, we'd love to meet you.Responsibilities: The Administrative Assistant, Studio Operations provides operational and administrative support to the Studio Operations team.This role supports the Senior Manager, Studio Operations and core functions (Client Services, Studio Admin, Stage Specialists) by managing facility tickets, supplies, catering, documentation, and light logistics.The Administrative Assistant helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly so the team can focus on strategic, production-facing work.Responsibilities: Facilities & Operations: Track and follow up on facility tickets, support daily operations needs, and coordinate minor facilities improvements with the landlord.Catering & Events: Coordinate catering and logistics for on-site team and guests.Documentation & Reporting: Keep operational documentation (SOPs, manuals) organized and up to date, and compile simple operational summaries/trackers (highlights, ticket logs).Logistics & Production Support: Provide light support for mailroom tasks, production onboarding/offboarding, tours, and general site visits.
