We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert behavioral therapy services, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves working closely with children, adults, and their families to promote positive behavioral outcomes while ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards. The BCBA will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care through evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making.

Elite ABA is a BCBA owned company and is operated by clinicians who drive the highest clinical quality standards in the field of ABA. Our clinicians work in a variety of settings including but not limited to schools, adult day programs, in home services as well as a 20% allotment to work virtually on a case by case basis. Our schedules are flexible and allow our clinicians to have a quality work/life balance. Weekend work is not required and most evenings end by 6:30pm. Our clinicians can work full or part time schedules and we also allow 20% administrative time based off of billable hours scheduled and worked.
Our clinicians work on smaller teams that allow for better collaboration and case conceptualization under the supervision of our Senior BCBA’s. These teams receive a high level of support in this model and our clinicians receive oversight on a weekly regular basis with their supervisors. Elite ABA works with a clinician led administrative team that focuses on BACB ethical guidelines and the highest of board standards to commit time to our clinical KPI systems for all clinicians and bonuses are given quarterly based on meeting these standards. Elite ABA makes all efforts to promote our BCBA’s from within as they reach company wide standards for clinical growth.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and modify treatment strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure consistency across services.
- Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Conduct intake assessments for new clients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Educate families and caregivers on behavioral strategies, progress updates, and intervention techniques.
- Ensure patient care adheres to ethical standards, including confidentiality and informed consent.
Skills Required:
- Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and special education methodologies.
- Experience working with children, especially those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting for behavioral health interventions.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare documentation practices.
- Ability to perform patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake procedures effectively.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients, families, healthcare providers, and team members.
