Role
Sales Representatives are responsible for working with assigned clients and new prospects to assess needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and determine purchasing options for premise systems, hosted solutions, and value added services that All-Mode offers. A Sales Representative's goal is to grow All-Mode's market share through a strong knowledge of our products and a desire to help customers find solutions that provide optimal value while holding competitive losses to a minimum. Sales Representatives are responsible for acquiring the necessary product knowledge, solution engineering skills, and sales techniques to attain the highest sales volume that meets acceptable profitability criteria for assigned accounts and territories. They must build and maintain positive relationships with All-Mode Communication's clients, maintain proper communications and liaisons with the necessary All-Mode personnel, and perform such other job related tasks as All-Mode deems appropriate. Sales Representatives are eligible for commission on qualifying sales.
