About the Job

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Designer to join our marketing team to help drive the evolution and elevation of our brand presence across the retail landscape. These individuals will report to a Manager, Design and be responsible for partnering with them and the Digital Production Artists to lead design work through concept, toolkit or style guide execution, and production/ distribution to our channel and agency partners.

The starting salary for this position is $116,002 – $130,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications. Over time, and subject to performance, tenure, and evolving responsibilities, total compensation for this role may grow to as much as $155,000. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
