JOB TITLE: Accounting Specialist

JOB TYPE: Full-time (8-Hour shift, Mon- Fri)

DEPARTMENT: Accounting

SALARY: $ 50,000 ~

LOCATION: Suwanee, GA

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Perform daily bookkeeping, including AP/AR, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance

· Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

· Manage fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals

· Execute and monitor cash disbursements, wire transfers, and payment approvals

· Manage cash flow and liquidity, including cash balance monitoring and forecasting

· Support month-end, quarterly-end and year-end closing activities

· Maintain records of employee’ payments, receipts, and resolve discrepancies.

· Support tax filings (sales tax, corporate tax) and liaise with external accountants or tax advisors

· Assist with external audits and internal control compliance

· Operate and maintain Quickbooks accounting systems

· Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies

· Reviews and processes cost-related questions in a Professional Manner

QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a U.S. corporate environment

· General accounting knowledge – cash, online banking, and accounts receivable is beneficial.

· Preferred any experience that relates to the accounting field

· Preferred associates Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or bachelor’s degree

· Preferred QuickBooks experiences

· Demonstrated ability to communicate in written and spoken English & Korean

· Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

· Excellent organizational, stress, and time management skills.
