We are seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused Financial Planner / Paraplanner to deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment strategies to our high-net-worth clients. In this role, you will play a central part in building, analyzing, and presenting holistic financial plans while helping oversee an existing $50M book of business.

Key Responsibilities1. Comprehensive Financial Planning & Paraplanning

2. Portfolio Management & Implementation
- Strategy Alignment: Ensure client investment portfolios remain tightly aligned with their overarching financial plans and liquidity needs.
- Execution & Rebalancing: Work alongside senior team members to handle rebalancing, tax-loss harvesting, and cash flow requests across client accounts.
- Research & Reporting: Monitor market trends, evaluate investment solutions, and construct regular performance reports.
3. Client Relationship Management & Team Support
- Direct Client Interaction: Participate in client discovery and plan delivery meetings, stepping in as the primary technical subject matter expert for planning questions.
- Follow-Through & Action Items: Manage post-meeting action items, including plan updates, account adjustments, and coordination with outside professionals (CPAs, estate attorneys).
- Organic Growth: Deepen existing client relationships by identifying additional planning needs, held-away assets, and warm referral opportunities.
4. Compliance & Process Optimization
- Ensure all financial planning processes and client records adhere to industry regulations and SEC guidelines.
- Continuously refine financial planning templates, paraplanning workflows, and tech stack integration to improve client experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & SkillsRequired:
- Experience: 2–5+ years of direct experience in financial planning, paraplanning, or wealth management.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with core financial planning platforms (e.g., eMoney, RightCapital, or MoneyGuidePro) and custodians/reporting tools
- Technical Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of personal tax planning, estate concepts, retirement income strategies, and asset allocation.
