Job Description:
As a Painter/Stainer specializing in log home construction, you will work under the direction of a Foreman to help preserve and protect these one-of-a-kind structures. Your primary responsibilities will include staining log homes and performing detailed prep work such as sanding, masking, pressure washing, washing logs, applying wood treatments, and sealing cracks and checks. You’ll also assist with loading and unloading the work truck, ensuring that all materials and equipment are ready for daily use. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity and aesthetic of log homes, and attention to detail is key.
