About the Role
We are a fast-growing influencer marketing and talent management agency seeking a highly driven Influencer Marketing Intern to join our team for a 3-month trial period. This internship has strong potential to transition into a full-time position with benefits for the right candidate.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is deeply immersed in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, understands creator culture, and knows how to analyze performance, spot authentic influencers, and identify real audience engagement versus inflated metrics. You don’t just scroll—you analyze, question, and understand why content works.
You will work closely with our team on sourcing influencers, campaign execution, reporting, and brand partnerships, gaining hands-on experience in how influencer businesses and campaigns are built from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and evaluate influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You are sourcing your team that you will grow, become their mentor, and close manager.
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding influencers to the agency roster and create your own team of 5-7 talent you will manage.
- Analyze influencer insights and analytics to determine authenticity, engagement quality, and growth potential
- Support outreach to brands and influencers, including email communication and follow-ups
- Assist with campaign coordination, deliverables, and timelines
- Help track contracts, payments, and campaign performance
- Create post-campaign reports and performance summaries
- Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging creators
- Represent the agency professionally with creators and brand partners
Requirements
- Currently in the work force, looking for a job or a recent graduate (not in college)
- MUST have had at least 6 months-year of influencer management experience. Please do NOT apply if this is not you.
- Extremely well-versed in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and creator trends
- Strong understanding of analytics, engagement metrics, and how to spot fake followers or inauthentic influence
- Familiarity with influencer marketing, brand deals, or creator monetization (academic, personal, or professional experience accepted)
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
