Manufacturing Associate – Wood Frame Cutting & Assembly

Join our production workshop in Tarpon Springs! We are looking for a skilled and motivated team member to work in wood frame cutting, assembly, canvas stretching, finishing, and packaging.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position. It is not an artist, graphic design, painting, photography, or digital design position. Previous production experience is helpful but not required; full training will be provided.

What You Will Do

• Cut wood frame moulding and other materials using a miter saw
• Measure materials accurately according to production specifications
• Join and assemble cut wood pieces to build frames
• Stretch canvas onto wooden frames
• Assemble and finish framed products
• Package finished products carefully and securely for shipping
• Use hand-cutting tools for trimming and finishing materials
• Operate workshop machinery and production equipment
• Inspect finished products and maintain quality standards
• Keep the production area clean, safe, and organized
• Work with the team to meet daily production goals

Requirements

• Strong hands-on and practical skills
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Comfortable using a miter saw and hand-cutting tools
• Ability to measure, cut, join, assemble, and package products accurately
• Fast learner who can understand and follow technical instructions
• Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Able to work efficiently in a workshop environment
• Reliable team player interested in a long-term position
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Previous workshop, woodworking, framing, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
