What you'll do

You're the front line, and you make our front line look and feel as great as it does. A normal shift includes:

• Greet every guest with a smile and a warm hello—make sure they leave highly satisfied
• Run a station: grill, fryers, board, drive-thru, or dining room
• Prepare made-to-order food with cleanliness, freshness, and quality every time
• Follow strict sanitation and food safety protocols (gloves on for ready-to-eat food, every time)
• Measure and portion ingredients exactly per company standards
• Work safely around hot surfaces and equipment
• Discard expired or improperly stored products
• Jump in at other stations when the team needs it
• Show up on time and work your scheduled hours
• Have fun—the busy shifts go faster when the crew clicks

What we're looking for

• A good attitude and a strong work ethic
• Reliable—if you're scheduled, you're there
• Friendly with guests and teammates
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Must be at least 16 years old

That's it. You don't need restaurant experience. You don't need a fancy résumé. You just need to want to work and want to grow.

Physical requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Bend, reach, twist, and climb a step ladder as needed
• Lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Work in a hot, noisy, fast-paced environment
